Health and Joy

There is nothing like joy
to create health

Is something I read this morning in
Get It Done book 
by Sam Bennett

I am starting a new routine
trying to read at least 15 minutes in the morning.
And trying to implement little by little 
all the things I like to do into my life.

I'm just curious here...
