Hi friends, I am trying to come back to blogging, so here is a start, this is what my work/hobby desk looks like this morning :)

I've been just plastering paint on paper trying different things just letting my emotions and stress out. Nothing concrete in particular, no shape of any kind, just backgrounds since I've been seriously thinking on going back to my old hobby... scrapbooking. I love doing it. I miss it a bunch and finally I am starting to listen to myself and my family. I have to take time for myself, do things I like and take care of my health. So you'll be seeing a lot of that here from now on. And some of them through art too.

    It is important to take time to do the things you enjoy. I think sometimes we are so busy with life that we forget about taking care of ourselves.

  6. Throwing some paint around is always good therapy. And, if you love scrapping, you do it! Metal health is so important and doing something you love and that calms you is so much a part of that. Go for it and enjoy yourself!!

  7. Craft of any sort is such a good therapy Clemencia, I hope you enjoy your foray back into scrapbooking. It took me a while to get into it, but I do really enjoy it.

  9. yes, it is strange how we take care of everyone around us but sometimes forget ourselves, get back into scrapbooking, and you'll feel better and will make you a better carer for everyone around you, have a nice weekend, vicky
