Taking Baby Steps

I can't believe I am blogging again, I really hope I can keep it up :D even if is a short post like this one :)

One of my goals this year is: to do what I love everyday. Even if I feel that I don't have the time, I still want to keep my creativity alive. So here I am starting with participating in a challenge from

  Cupcake Inspirations 

They have chosen a color scheme of pink and white, and here is what I came up with

a five minute art, quick and easy for my art journal.

As you can see I used a real feather that I found in my backyard with some washi tape on the top for bunting and a little more white paint on the bottom with some thick acrylic paint. And seems like I always have to put some kind of quote in them so I did, it reads: Feathers appear when Angels are near. Which I really want to think that :)
