Make Today Count

For a little while now, I've been wanting to try watercolors.
I started a few days ago, together with my other passion
which is writing, hand lettering, calligraphy, etc, etc,
and let me tell you...

I LOVE IT!!!

When I was in school in Ecuador, all we learn to write was in calligraphy
we were not allowed to write in print at all,
the teacher would rip your homework if it came back in print
it HAD to be in cursive. And to be honest, I always LOVED it.
I loved it so much that I encouraged my kids to learn to write in cursive :)

So here I am going back to my roots,
going back to what I always loved
writing in cursive
drawing
and writing encouraging quotes and poems.

I remember one of my pastimes when I was a teenager
was to find quotes on books
and write them down in a special notebook I had
I could spend hours doing that

And here I am doing it again,
I love it!
I just love it!!!

What are those things you loved to do and you would like to go back to?
